High Tea's include your choice of a glass of bubbles, red or white wine or a Pimm's & Lemonade or soft drink and one pot of tea.  - Freshly rewed filter coffee is also available

For further indulgence you can upgrade your drink for a glass of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin for $12.00.

Saturday & Sunday - 2 sittings 11.00am - 1.00pm / 2.00pm - 4.00pm

Indulge in a selection of freshly baked scones, pastries and finger sandwiches and choose from a wide range of Teas.

Princess Josephine's High Tea features a traditional three tiered stand of;

Plain & date scones, served with strawberry jam and double cream

Selection of Pastries:

• Swan Chantilly
• Fruit tarts
• Friands

Assorted finger sandwiches:

• Harry's of Venice (chcken)
• Smoked salmon, philadelphia cheese & cucumber
• Egg & lettuce

Queen Alexandra's High Tea

Includes all of the above plus extra savoury delights

• Smoked Salmon & whipped Brie
• Homemade Sausage Roll
• Mini quiche
